Jenny Madorsky

Jenny has led large-scale digital transformations and small-scale hackathon innovations in the private and public sector for over a decade. She led an agile software development transformation at a component of DHS, and redesigned state.gov for the State Department to better serve its diplomatic mission. With the USDS team at CMS, she helped launch the Quality Payment Program (QPP) and created a new data.cms.gov experience to get CMS data into the hands of those working to improve the quality and accessibility of healthcare. Jenny has also led multiple hackathon teams to successful results. She collaborated with a Salt & Ink to build Speak2Sign to help the local community learn sign language in context, and she worked with the United Nations HeForShe movement to design strategies for tackling online harassment in gaming. In all of her work, Jenny brings strategic focus and an analytical approach to lead teams and clients to exceptional results.

Ankita Callahan

Ankita is a dedicated researcher and practitioner, specializing in business psychology and human-centered design. With a background in talent management, she has driven cultural shifts at companies like Huge, The Atlantic, and Long Dash. Her role as VP of Talent & Operations at Long Dash involved strategic cultural change management during the company's spin-off from The Atlantic. Ankita uses an innovative blend of behavioral psychology and UX research to improve products and employee experiences, increasing engagement for organizations and users alike. Her academic journey includes an MS in Organizational Psychology & Business from Aston Business School and a BA in Psychology from UC Irvine. She is currently a PhD student at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology studying Business Psychology with a focus on Consulting.
